Find a Motivation

Joshua Rosenthal  talks about how to define goals everyday of your life to fulfill everything that you want to achieve. He uses his theory of "BIG ROCKS"....

Have you ever wonder how can some people seem to get so much done? Everyday has 24 hours, but a lot of people manages its time so effectively that they do a lot of things in one day that sometimes you think, do they really sleep? 

Define your Big Rocks as your most important goals of the week, and select some small rocks like tiny things you want to also achieve. 

If you put in one bowl all of the small rocks first, you will dont have enought space to put all the big rocks; but, if you focus on the Big Rocks the small rocks will naturally fall into place. THINK BIG. 

Try this exercise and find how you can organize yourself and achieve everything in your day, it will make you feel better and it will give you a direction to start going towards your own path.

Desing something like this and fill it up to have a direction for your week.

I will share with you this video that maybe will make you feel motivated in this monday.
