Mindfulness is being aware or bringing attention to this moment in time, deliberately and without judging the experience. So whenever we go into a mind dive we really notice every little detail.
A W A R E N E S S is the word you have to start having in your mind.
Start from noticing how most of the time you don't breath constantly, you are driving and you forget to breath.. (WAIT! what is the proper way of breathing? breathing in through your nose, and breathing out to your nose )
So yes, start noticing how many times in the day you breath, how many times in the day you can be conscious about breathing in and out through your nose (like when you were baby) instead of using your mouth; how many things you say without thinking them first?
By truly living moment by moment you will realize how it is possible to rediscover a sense of peace and enjoyment.
Maybe, if you keep on doing this more and more and more, you will increase your experiences of calm and relaxation. Feeling one more time what is like to be consciously alive and to connect to the sense that every moment is a good moment. You'll see how delicious fruits taste, or how lavender smells and you will hug everyone around you all the time.
